Terms and Conditions
We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible, so you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase – they might change periodically, so please keep checking the date at the top of the page for our latest version.
Placing your order
When you are ordering you are able to make any necessary changes to your order, prior to completion at the checkout stage. At any time you are able to cancel the items you have in your basket prior to the completion of the order and payment stages. Once you’re happy everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order you’ll be sent a confirmation of your order by email with your invoice details and the relevant goods you have purchased. Once your order has been processed in our system we will send you a further email confirming despatch of your goods with another copy of the invoice for your records. This second email also lets you know how your products will be delivered to you. At any time prior to the second email you still have the right to cancel your order by just replying to the confirmation first email stating "PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER" If there is any delay to the stated time on the items you have ordered, for whatever reason we will email you the new expected delivery time and keep you informed. If this delivery time is unknown due to manufacturing problems we reserve the right to refund your order completely to save you the unnecessary waiting time. We endeavour to make all information and delivery statements correct to the best of our knowledge and cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies which we have not been made aware of by the manufacturers. All information we state is from manufacturers brochures, websites and newsletters and is accurate when put on our website.
All our prices are in UK pounds with the availability to change to either US Dollars or the Euro Currency. We check on a day to day basis the foreign currency system to be as accurate as possible, but this is only a guide to help customers outside the UK with pricing of our products. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and any the delivery charges, if it applies (if not in the free delivery stated areas). You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted. We try to be as accurate with the delivery areas as possible but we may also contact you regarding additional delivery costs, even though your invoice hasn't stated a charge, one may still apply.
Deliveries can be made by our UK Carrier or sent in the post. As deliveries charges in England Wales and Lower Scotland does not apply we cannot give a guaranteed day of arrival for your goods, please see the specified time on the individual products relating on delivery times. Even though we have to incur charges to customers outside these areas, the specified time on each of the products still applies for deliveries. Sometimes if ordering a lot of products we may need to split your delivery consignment so we can act promptly in supplying your goods to you speedily.
