Additional Information

• Distance between outer mushrooms - 1610mm
• Distance between inner rollers - 670mm
• GU locks are now manufactured with a new style centre case
• The main difference between old and new style is the distance between the latch and deadbolt, this will sometimes cause problems with the strike plates
• The distance between the latch and deadbolt on the new style centre case is 52mm
• The distance between the latch and deadbolt on the old style centre case is 62mm
• The other major difference is the difference in the height of  the centre lock case, although this shouldn't cause any real problems when retrofitting
• Case height on new style centre lock case is 195mm
• Case height on old style centre lock case is 207mm

Latch Reversal

• Push flat bladed screwdriver into small rectangular slot above spindle and pull latch out at the same time
